Doris Lee Mitts
This pattern does not teach stranded knitting. It is a colorwork design fully charted for each hand. The stranded colorwork is presented in chart form only, with little written instructions to go with the charts.
The thumbs are asymmetrical with the colors in the thumb gusset just a little different in each thumb. These gloves/mitts are fingerless.
The pattern is written for an average female.
These gloves may be knit with either double points or circulars in the length you prefer (magic loop or short circular).
The name for this design is a combination of my childhood friend’s name and my name. She didn’t have a middle name at birth, so I gave her part of my name.
