Doris the Donkey is ready for a day at the beach in their floppy sun hat and colourful saddle blanket. This pattern short row shaping for the donkey, and k1b (knit one below) for the saddle blanket pattern. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the donkey and accessories are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 2.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 2).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Stylecraft Special Double Knit; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; one 100g/295m skein in each shade.


NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, toy safety eyes, stitch markers, and a crochet hook for attaching strands of yarn to the mane.

One size only - Doris stands at 26cm tall.
