This cowl is inspired by the derelict Alberta Pacific Grain Co Elevator in Dorothy, Alberta. The Alberta Pacific Grain Co grain elevator was built in 1928 and closed in the 1950s. The grain elevators that remain standing in Alberta are true landmarks – a dwindling symbol of yesteryear.
