I’m a thrifty girl and appreciate quality things that don’t cost a lot of money. For this reason, I offer my patterns for only $1.00. What a great deal!

Using just one skein (200 or so yards) of worsted weight yarn, you can whip this beret up in a few evenings. Doesn’t every knitter have an odd skein of worsted lying around? Pattern comes in two adult sizes (S/M, and L).

Materials:
• 1 skein worsted weight yarn (hats are made from Brown Sheep’s Lamb’s Pride and Brown Sheep’s Top of the Lamb Worsted) something close to 200 yards. Use 100% wool because it’s warm and water-resistant. And let’s face it, you don’t want to put this much time in a hat made from inferior quality “yarn”…(you know some of the brands I’m talking about!)
• Size 8 needles: 16” circular, and double points for top of hat
• Tapestry Needle
