Dorothy~Jean Hat is named in tribute to my Mom. She has had a lifetime of dedication to the Arts and is so supportive of my knitting. I can’t think of a more special name than DOROTHY JEAN!

This hat is warm, snug and very comfortable to wear. It fits great and nicely compliments the Dorothy~Jean Neck Warmer.

It will fit most average adult/teen heads. As a stand-alone hat or combined with its matching neck warmer, this pattern is the perfect unisex gift for that special someone in your life.

Techniques
Knit in the round
Basic Cabling
Purl two together (decrease)
Slip Stitch and yarn over

Additional Yarn Information
Pattern recommends Merino or Merino blend yarns for softness and comfort. Replacement of recommended yarns with other 10 ply worsted should be fine.
