Dotta
The DOTTA hat pattern reminds me of my Ondadolce pattern, which was one of my very first brioche patterns I released on Ravelry a few years ago. This time the pattern works in an entirely different way, as a combination of stitches instead of increases and decreases. This makes it much easier for beginners and brioche newbees to get started. (However, when it comes to the crown a few decreases are needed.) You can do it, knitters!
The DOTTA hat has no brim, is very stretchy, slightly slouchy and well-fitting at the same time. The pattern is fully reversible and can be knit in multiple sizes only by changing needle size and gauge; Block the finished cap over a steep-sided bowl or other head-shaped form to smooth the crown.
