Dotted Swiss Dishcloth

Very pretty dishcloth knit on the diagonal with bobbles and picot edges which reminds me of the dotted swiss dresses I wore as a small girl.
Use size 8 or 9 needles…gauge is not an issue.
Even a beginning knitter can complete this project. All the instructions have been written out.
