The Double Diamond Beanie is a warm, stylish hat, made using only purl and u-knit stitches. The pattern includes two patterns: one where every row is written our and one that incorporates the Double Diamond chart. You decide which type of pattern to use to knit this fun unisex beanie.

The beanie is knit on any 3/8” gauge round loom, like Knitting Board’s Flexee skinny loom links or the All In One loom. The hat uses 80 pegs connected to make a circle loom.

The Double Diamond Beanie uses approximately 150 yards of a worsted weight yarn and is suitable for a advanced beginner loom knitter who is ready to take on a new challenge. The sample was knit using Perfection by Kraemer Yarns, a worsted 4 weight, 70% acrylic 30% wool yarn in the Quartz colorway.
