Do you need a thick beanie for the upcoming winter months? The first project in our 2018 Christmas Present CAL is the Double Down Beanie

It’s a two-layered hat made while you are going. You won’t have to crochet one hat then add the layer. It’s done at the same time. Isn’t that great?

I’ve made two versions for you. A top-down which is a fan request and the bottom-up version. There is a lot of versatility in these patterns especially the bottom-up because the stitch count isn’t crucial like with the top-down.
