The Double Helix Socks are a top down knitted sock with a beautiful double cable design running up the back of the leg. This pattern includes a range of sizes from baby to large adult.

This design was inspired by The incredible Jessica Baird founder of the sock project! The sock project gifts socks to inspire hope in people suffering from chronic and autoimmune illnesses as well as promote awareness of these conditions. All proceeds from the sale of this pattern will be donated to the sock project.

Although the design is not a true double helix it evokes in me the simple truth that no matter our race, creed, nationality, gender or level of ability we are all united in our humanity and that humanity is written in our genetic code.
