Double leaf lace pixie bonnet
Do you love the look of knit leaf lace? But then you also want the knit hat to be a warm one… Enter the double leaf lace pixie bonnet! It is lined – knit in two layers – and it is extra warm because of that! It features two buttons that can be fastened below the chin to make sure it stays put. The pattern comes in many sizes: from newborn to 10 years.
Gauge: 19st in 4inches (10cm) in stockinette stitch
You will need yarn (up to 180 grams for the largest size), knitting needles to obtain the gauge, a tapestry needle to weave in the yarn ends and to sew the back of that, two buttons.
Since the hat is knit flat, you can use any knitting needles you prefer.
