854 -- Navy, 1 skein
1956 -- Silver Grey, 1 skein
871 -- White, 1 skein
821 -- Daffodil, 1 skein

Yardage variance comes from the fact that while you will use almost all of the black, and most of the navy, you will only end up using about half of each skein of the other three colors.

To size this hat down, I suggest removing the OUTSIDE columns from the back half of the hat, columns 1 - 11, and 44 - 54 (44 - 52 on the Cerberus side), in even pairs from each side.

To make this hat SHORTER (it is not a skull cap, so if you want it to be shaped more like one) remove rows 40 - 45.
