This kit recreated in our favorite summer yarn! Create a ruffle-effect in the colored stripes by doubling the number the number of stitches.

SKIRT: Knitted in the round, bottom-up with a folding edge on top. The ruffles are made by increasing and decreasing stitches.
JACKET: Worked back and forth, bottom-up in garter stitch. The shoulders are waved together.
