This pattern is a great stash buster (only 80 yards total yardage) or brioche beginner pattern! Some of the testers had never done brioche before so it can be done! The pattern includes links to brioche tutorial videos that helped me learn when I was trying to figure out how to do this brioche thing.

The headband is worked flat and then seemed with two passes of kitchner stitch. Because of how it is worked, the headband can be knit to fit your head perfectly! There are TWO headband options included in this pattern so its really a great deal! The first is a straight brow while the second option includes instructions for some brioche increases and decreases to make a patterned brow. Both options have written instructions and the patterned option also has a chart if you prefer to work with one.

The pattern calls for worsted weight yarn on US 6 needles. Many different fibers and blends could be used, however I would stray away from cottons or yarns that do not have any stretch to them.

Gauge is 18 stitches by 22 rows. Additional gauge notes are in the pattern.

I hope you love this little cutie! Happy knitting!
