Dovetail Tweed
I have always liked to watch tv shows about woodworking. I would never have the abilities myself, which may be why I find it interesting ~ the different methods for joining pieces, gluing and securing them seem to be endless. This simple stranded design is drawn from the dovetail join, which you can easily see on the corners of drawers and other furnishings.

Knitted in the round, only 4 rows of stranded colorwork create the dovetail, and the rest is simple stockinette and ribbing. There is a small chart for the dovetail section. The design is suitable for dk or worsted weight yarns. Be sure to adjust your yarn requirements when making substitutions.

Knit Picks City Tweed DK
1 skein each of Orca and Lemon Curd
