I called this the Down by the River pattern because I made it up over Memorial Day weekend by the river and the flow of the yarn color reminds me of the flow of the river.

This uses a 1000 yarn set from Cat Mountain Fiber Arts. The set includes 10 different yarns at about 100 yards each of different textures. You could use any worsted weight yarn and follow this pattern, but the different textures definitely add to the finished product.
