Maine, Vacationland, and my now neighboring state holds so many happy memories for so many people in the Eastern United States, perhaps even from around the world! The rocky coasts and yankee blue waters are cool and collected. They are the home to a regional treat, the lovely Lobster! The lobster as a foodstuff a sign of luxury other places, that we enjoy here on a toasted brioche roll with just a smallest bit of mayonnaise or the largest bit of clarified butter.
