Down The Garden Path
Join me on a textural journey ‘Down the Garden Path’.
This throw/afghan is made from a central medallion surrounded by other motifs in four different styles, and finished off with a multi-coloured edging. All of the motifs have three-dimensional aspects to them, so I would recommend this project for those who like variety in their projects, and have a good amount of experience in their crocheting journey.
You can use whatever DK/8 ply/ Weight 3 yarn you prefer; as long as you can get 11 colours in that particular yarn!
This project would be great as a tactile blanket, and you could easily add buttons, ribbons and other notions for even more textures to enjoy.
There are two parts to the pattern: (1) written instructions, and (2) photo tutorial. Make sure you download both documents for the complete pattern.
