The gauge for this pattern doesn’t really matter. Although, if you find it crocheting too big or small for your face, just switch your hook size. Also, you can go up a hook size and crochet two strands together for more structure. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER STUFF the bits you stuff with polyfil.

You will need:

1. Yarn in dark grey, medium grey, and black (These colors are for the Dr. Horrible style, choose whichever colors you want for your own, just make sure you have three colors). I used Caron Simply Soft in Grey Heather, Charcoal Heather, and Black.
2. Size H Crochet Hook (5 mm)
3. Polyfil or other soft stuffing material
4. Tapestry Needle
