There appears to be a lot of little bits to crochet separately in this pattern, but I found that it produced a more aesthetically pleasing product, as opposed to creating him all in one. Finished product sits in palm of my hand, about 3 1/2 inches tall.

Things you need:
DK Wool: Green
Light Blue
Purple
White
Tan
Pink
I used less than 50g of each colour. Green, White and Purple are used the most.
Needle: 3.5mm
Large black safety eyes x2 (Do not have to use safety eyes if you prefer to make them)
Stitch marker
Yarn Needle
