This little drawstring coin pouch looks just like a dragon egg, but I promise it won’t breath fire when you open it. Use it as a coin purse or little carry bag. Perhaps you could make 3 and sit them on your mantle piece. ;-) Game of Thrones fans will know what I am talking about.

It is a fairly simple pattern, especially if you already know how to do a scale stitch. It is worked in the round and uses less than a 50g ball of cotton.
