The dragon scale kindle cover does not only look awesome, but provides a lot of that sorely needed protection for your beloved kindle. It can be made as in the pictures, or have 3 buttons at the top to close the edge. This requires no adaptation of the pattern.

This pattern is based on the kindle keyboard, but fits most other sizes. Instructions are also included to explain how the pattern can be adapted for all other kindle versions. In in doubt the pattern can easily be adapted by adding or removing 5 stitches on the initial chain, giving you one more scale on either side. Be advised that this will affect the amount of cotton needed.
