Dragonflies & Water Lilies Stole

The water is knitted in purl sts and stockinette for the ripples. The dragonflies have bobble bodies and lacy eyelet wings. The water lilies are stockinette sts surrounded and emphasized by eyelets. The edging is a combination of bobbles, knit sts, purl sts and eyelets.
This stole is made in 2 pieces and then grafted together in the center. There are 559 knitted rows.
Finished measurement of stole (after blocking):
52 cm X 158 cm or 20.5” X 62.5”
Yarn: any lace weight 100% wool which approximately =
300 gm (10.5 oz.) - 1530 m (1670 yds)
Cover model was knitted with Seafoam 2-ply lace weight 100% merino wool by Canaan Mohair, Hammond, Ontario, Canada
