This pattern is easy, and is written in american terms.

Materials
Worsted weight yarn in two colours
4mm hook
Yarn needle
Fibrefill or yarn scraps to stuff
6mm safety eyes

If not using safety eyes, you will need:
2 small black beads
Black thread
Sewing needle

Abbreviations
Cc = Contrast colour
Ch = Chain
Dc = Double crochet
Hdc = Half double crochet
Hk = Hook
Inv sc dec = Invisible single crochet decrease
Mc = Main colour
Sc = Single crochet
Sl st = Slip stitch
St = Stitch

Finished Measurements
Length: 5 inches
Wingspan: 5 inches
Each individual wing: 2.75 inches
Diameter of blanket: Approx. 15.5 inches
