We love mixing different yarns here at Skeino. Our new Dragonfruit Shawl is a fun twist on a triangle shawl. It incorporates both super bulky weight and fingering weight yarns to create a unique looking piece. It starts out simple with sections of stockinette and garter stitch, the fingering weight mirroring the super bulky weight. Then a small section of bobbles with the super bulky. The final section is fingering weight with a simple clover leaf eyelet pattern. The bind off is finished with the super bulky yarn to give weight to the bottom of shawl.

Our super bulky weight Donna yarn, extra fine merino, is soft and squishy; and our fingering weight Gina yarn is gorgeous and flowing. This shawl looks gorgeous with solid colors, tonals, and especially our amazing variegated yarns. Each section was designed to let the beauty and color of the pattern and yarn shine through.
