This pattern creates a dice bag that stands about 5” (about 12cm) from base to the top of the bag.
It’s large enough to contain a LOT of dice, or other small items.
Gauge isn’t terribly important, but using a different weight yarn will mean that the scales don’t sit in the same way on the fabric.
You will need approx half a skein of worsted weight yarn (if you’re using Malabrigo) - about 50g should do it.
You will also need 140 “small” sized aluminium scales (these are available from a number of online locations - you are looking for ones with a 5mm hole).
