This project works up quickly and is ideal for last minute gifting!

Pattern calls for XDC (extended double crochet) but you can easily substitute with a TC if preferred.

This pattern will work for a wide range of yarn and hook sizes.
For a lovely squishy chunky version use a 10 - 12ply yarn and a 6 - 6.5mm hook.

You can also use an 8ply/DK yarn and 5mm hook to create a lighter, lacier version.

I used just under 1x 100gm ball of Fiddlesticks Superb8 for my 8ply version, and nearly 3x 100gm balls of Portacraft Glimmer Twist for the multi-coloured chunky version.

Any remnants could be used to make tassels for the scarf ends :)
