DESCRIPTION:
A simple, classic vest with (optional) front closure. Angled front edges add a modern shape that is figure flattering. Perfect for cooler weather. Wear over a short-sleeved or long-sleeved tee. Knit in a worsted-weight yarn (wool recommended for drape), this is a simple and quick knit.

A beginner to intermediate project. Requires a working knowledge of: side seaming, shoulder grafting, provisional cast on and picking up stitches.

CONSTRUCTION:
This garment is knit in three pieces and seamed. The edge band is picked up after seaming and worked in garter stitch. The garment is worked from the top (shoulders) down to the hips to facilitate the main shaping.

SIZE: Medium/Large only.
40-inch finished bust / 100 cm, including 1-inch closure.

YARN: Patons Classic Wool (100% wool, 210 yds / 192 m, 100g)
Color: Dark Grey Marl, 77252. 4 skeins or 752 yds (687.6 m) worsted weight.

NEEDLES:
