It’s an adjustable size blanket pattern with instructions for baby, lap, and twin sizes. This blanket is an easy stitch sampler - an engaging next step for beginner knitters, and a meditative knit for experienced knitters. Size: adjustable. Recommendations given for twin, lap, and baby sizes, as well as customizing the blanket size.
Gauge: 24 stitches per 4” in garter stitch
Materials: 2 stitch markers
Needles: a circular needle sized to obtain gauge. Suggested size US 4, 3.5mm, cable length at least 16 inches
Yarn: Lion Brand Coboo, . A similar DK weight (size 3) yarn with high rayon content and good drape may be substituted.
Skills: cast on, bind off, knit, purl, yarn over, slip stitch, pass slipped stitch over, knit two stitches together
