Drawstring Convertible Hat and Neck Gaiter
by Anne Bosch
This small cowl was designed to be worn as either a hat or as a neck gaiter. The main part is a simple broken rib pattern which appears the same on both sides. On the top edge, an eyelet round is worked and then the stitches are bound off. An I-cord is made to pull together the top for wearing as a hat or left loose when worn as a neck warmer.
The webpage has a kit available with yarn dyed naturally with walnuts.
