Pattern Description
“Waves of Color” Drawstring Cowl. Unisex cowl pattern, designed for all year casual wear. Slip stitch techniques are used to create undulating stripes that look like waves. Easy enough for a beginner, as only one color is knit with at a time. The addition of a drawstring adds an everyday, comfy look/feel to this cowl. Wear it with a casual outfit in the cold months or on a chilly night in the summer. This cowl is Loom knit with mostly cotton and a bit of wool, although you can make it with 100% cotton.

Loom
Main Pattern: ½” peg spacing loom with 90 pegs.
Note: You may use any round loom with peg numbers divisible by 4. If changing the loom, it is the responsibility of the loomer to workout sizing and loom used. This pattern has been written for the 90 peg, ½” peg spacing round loom. The 120 peg, 3/8” round loom or adjustable loom will also make the same size cowl. Smaller cowls can be made with smaller looms.
