This is a pattern for a Drawstring Waist Kimono. originally published in Knitting magazine. It is a simple shape in double moss stitch with wide sleeves, no sleeve seams, and rib edges. It has an I cord to tie at the waist. Actual elbow to elbow: 27 1/4 -35 ins. Length: 21 3/4 - 23 1/4 ins. You will need: 10(11:12:13:14) 50g balls of yarn, circular needles 3.25mm and 4mm , and 4mm double pointed needles. The yarn has now been discontinued. Any yarn knitting to the dk tension can be used.
