The pattern includes instructions for two jar sizes:

The small jar cover fits a 16oz/pint jar; measurements 5.2” (13.2 cm) tall, 2.5” (6.4 cm) opening.

The large jar cover fits a 32oz/quart jar; measurements 6.9” (17.5 cm) tall, 2.5” (6.4 cm) opening.
