YARN
Designed for fingering weight yarn in 1 main colour and 3 contrast colours. Allow approx. 1482 m / 1620 yds total to get the size of the sample. Easily adjustable for other weights and/or yardages.
Yarn used for sample:
MC: Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light (fingering weight, 115 g = 384 m / 420 yds), 1 skein in colourway Antler
CC: La Bien Aimée Merino Singles (fingering weight, 100 g = 366 m / 400 yds), 1 skein each in colourways The Magellanic Cloud, Le Grand Nuage, Le Petit Nuage (= “The Magellan Fade” set).

GAUGE & NEEDLES
Not critical for this project but differences will affect yardage requirements and the finished size.
Gauge on sample: 20 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4“ in garter stitch after light blocking
Needles used for sample: 3.5 mm / US 4

Ein faszinierendes Wechselspiel aus Farbverläufen, Streifen und Zick-Zack-Lace wird in diesem großen, kuscheligen Tuch mit einer interessanten Konstruktion erschaffen.

Von der Mitte aus mit einer schräg verlaufenden Konstruktion in mehreren Richtungen erarbeitet, lässt dieses Tuch die Farben von Fade-Sets wunderschön erstrahlen! Für das Originalmustertuch und in der Anleitung wird ein 3-Farben-Fade-Set verwendet, aber mit der Art und Weise, wie die Konstruktion entworfen wurde und das Muster beschrieben wird, kannst Du auch ganz einfach mit Garnen aus Deinem Vorrat arbeiten oder Fade-Sets mit mehr oder weniger Farben verwenden.
