Design:
The dress and hat have a pretty, lacy pattern. The front, back and sleeves of the dress are knitted separately and then slipped onto the same needle to complete the yoke. The bobbled edging is knitted separately and sewn to the edge of the dress and hat. The dress is fastened by press studs.

Sizes:
1 size to fit doll 15-18 inches or 38-46 cms.

Yarn:
The pattern uses double knitting wool (an alternative yarn for overseas knitters would be USA light worsted or Australian 8 ply). You will need 2 x 100 gram balls of double knitting wool.

Skill:
Intermediate. Written instructions provided.

Tension:
22 sts and 30 rows to 4 inches/10 cm (stocking stitch) on 4 mm needles or size needed to achieve stated tension.

Needles:
Sizes 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm (USA 3 and 6) straight needles

Other requirements:
4 press studs/fasteners/poppers for Dress
Stitch holders
