Knit this warm outfit for your Wellie Wisher® doll. This pattern has three pieces. The long-sleeved dress, leggings/tights with attached ‘boots’, or regular leggings with no boots. The dress is worked in a combination of seed and stockinette stitch to create stripes. The leggings are made with or without boots attached. The leggings without boots are finished with a band of seed stitch to match the dress. If you’re not a fan of seed stitch, you can replace it with garter stitch.

You will need size 3 and size 5 needles, and either a button, snap, or piece of velcro to fasten the dress at the neck.
