This dress is knitted from the bottom in 2 seperate pieces and then cast off at the same time with the 3 needle bind off method. The belt is optional to make. The frill can be knit in the same colour or a different color, same with the belt. The belt ties with a button at the front.

I used Sean Sheep Acrylic 8ply yarn but you can use any similar yarn of your choice. You will need 3x 2mm needles.
