This is a basic toe-up sock pattern with a drifting 2 x 2 ribbing pattern and a slip stitch heel.

While the sample is knit straight through, the pattern includes directions for how to keep the striping pattern on the top of the sock consistent.

The pattern repeat can easily be inserted into “Heather’s Basic Top Down Sock”, if you prefer that construction method.
