Drifting Flowers is a layering top that works as a beach coverup, over a turtleneck or tank top, or whatever you like. The pattern is worked from the top down so the knitter can easily adjust the length of the body. A section of eyelet in the edge borders allows the I-cord lacing to be placed wherever the wearer wishes.
