Who didn’t watch ‘Game of Thrones’? This pattern was designed with one of Daenerys Targaryen’s dragons in mind, ‘Drogon’ (named after Khal Drogo). We already have Rhaegal in our pattern store so keep your eyes peeled for the last one! Viserion will be created later on this year!
Pam Maggie was looking for another filet crochet pattern that was advanced and a good challenge. So here it is!
We have developed the pattern in different formats to follow: in a grid/block chart pattern to follow throughout, crochet symbols (for the first 10 rows so that you understand how to increase on each row) and written instructions for the first few lines until you get into the swing of it!
The yarn used was a 4 ply which created an adult size shawl (3 sheepjes whirlettes in total).
Knowledge of filet crochet is needed to be able to do this project. Filet crochet is not hard to learn and there are you tube videos to help.
