Step-by-step video tutorial.

Introducing the Drop in Dream Sweater - the first design in the Esenique Essentials series, created for beginners who want to learn how to knit all types of basic sweaters before tackling more complicated patterns. This classic drop-shoulder sweater features a unique shoulder seam that shifts slightly toward the back.

Its unisex design makes it perfect for knitting one for yourself and another for someone special.

♥ SKILL LEVEL: Designed for knitters who know how to knit and purl. The pattern offers step-by-step instructions and a full video tutorial for creating this sweater with confidence.

♥ PATTERN. Instant download PDF file in both cm and inches. Additionally, I’ve prepared a Knitting Project Planner exclusively for the drop-shoulder sweater, including a round counter.

♥ LANGUAGE: English, German, French.

♥ METHOD: The sweater is knitted seamlessly from the top down, starting with back-and-forth rows and then moving to working in the round. It begins at the upper back, with shoulder shaping created using German short rows.
Stitches are then picked up from the shoulders to shape the neckline, and the front and back are joined to continue working in the round.
The shoulder seam is slightly shifted toward the back.
Stitches for the sleeves are picked up and knitted in the round, with decreases made along the way.
Finally, stitches for the neckline are picked up and worked in 1x1 rib.

♥ CUSTOMIZE Your Sweater: choose your preferred length, neckline, and fit options.

♥ 12 SIZES: 3XS-XXS-XS-S-M-L-XL-2XL-3XL-4XL-5XL-6XL. This sweater is designed with approx. 13-25 cm/ 6-10 inches of positive ease *
