An easy, scrap stash buster bucket bag project for beginner to intermediate crocheters, inspired by my yarn stash during the COVID19 quarantine period. Two size options & use whatever worsted weight, DK, or even bulky yarn you have on hand! A perfect purse or tote for all ages!

I love using up and self striping cakes- either DK (6 strands held together) or worsted (3 strands held together). Lion Brand mandala & cupcake are great DK options, and Caron cakes are great worsted weight options, but any combination of yarns can work!

Yardage for this project is undetermined because of the scrap nature. my finished bags weight anywhere from 12-16oz.

Small tote option measures 14” wide by 12.5” tall (not including handles)

Larger tote option measures 14” wide by 15.5” tall (not including handles)
