Dual Mobius
This is topological crochet.
The stitches are simple but the construction is the hard part. The dual Möbius is two interlocking Möbius.
The blog post walks you through the construction, with additional examples of Topological crochet to try. You will also find references to follow.
You can use any Aran/Worsted weight yarn, preferably one that doesn’t split easily. Gauge isn’t important here!
Plenty of stitch markers in various colour or Crochet cotton thread.
20 gauge wire.
A soft ball of about 5cm or 2” diameter that you can stick pins into.
Pins and a darning needle. Wire cutters.
