The duality of lace weight and fingering weight yarn brings out the beauty of both. When you knit with the two weights side-by-side using the same needle, the delicate ethereality of the lace binds the more substantial fingering with an airy fresh breeze. This scarf plays the two weights in a visual symphony accompanied by the gloriously silky feel of pure cashmere, kid mohair, and extrafine merino. With two lace motifs and a textured striping in the center, the virtues of both yarns are put on display.
