Duck Small Afghan Crochet Pattern

This is an easy lapghan, throw, or child’s afghan worked almost entirely in HDC, with an optional SC border. Sample was made with Lion Brand Pound of Love in Antique White (background) and Pumpkin Spice (feet and bill), and Loops and Threads Impeccable in Putty (duck body). Finished blankie is roughly 30”x42”. Pattern chart created with Stitch Fiddle Software.

Materials:

• 5 mm hook
• Worsted weight yarn (any brand and fibre will do). Sample shown made with: 105g duck colour, 425g background colour, 20g feet and bill colour.
