This platypus model was born out of the need to have two of them so I had to write it down to be able to repeat it. Now I am glad to share it with you for private use only.

If you like to have it the same size (25 x 22 cm) you need:

70 g of the main body colour and
40 g of a second colour that is knitted with
a set of 5 needles size 3,5 mm or 4,00 mm,
washable stuffing material,
2 black beads.

Warning:
The colours are reversed ( I needed them like that) and it does not look like a real platypus :)
