Duckling
by Julie Lunt
I love the way the wings stick out on this duckling as if she is trying to fly.
I use a merino yarn as it is super soft and has a little flexibility for shaping but any good quality DK can be used. A 50 gram ball will make 2-4 ducklings.
I advise using needles 2 sizes smaller than recommended on the yarn sleeve the exact gauge is not important for the pattern.
Instructions are provided for shaping.
To create a good finish instructions for mattress stitch and illustrations for fake grafting are included in the pattern. A short video demonstrates fake grafting on FB: knittingjules@1julielunt
