This is a cute Easter Pattern, that includes the pattern for making the duckling, the hatching egg as well as the Easter eggs. This can also be an educational toy when the colour of the duckling’s collar is combined with the colour of the hatching egg.

This is not a finished toy only a pattern to make the entire toy.
Stitch abbreviations and terms:
MC: Magic Circle
Sc: Single Crochet
Inc: Increase
Dec: Decrease
Pattern explanation:
- This pattern is written using US terms
- The number of stitches at the end of each row is indicated in the brackets (..)
- Use a stitch marker to indicate the beginning of a new row.
Tools and materials:
- Yarn for the duckling: head, body, arms= 23g. Feat, beak = 5g.
Collar = 3g, double knit yarn.
- Yarn for the hatching egg: 25g of any colour double knit yarn
- Yarn for the Easter egg: 12g of any colour double knit yarn
- A pair of 4mm safety eyes for the duckling and one 8mm safety eye for the hatching egg.
- Poly-fill Stuffing.
- 3.5mm Crochet hook.
- Tapestry needle.
