Duet Socks
A sister pattern to The Quartet Socks, this pattern has so many possibilities! You can use self-striping yarn, multiple colors, or keep it simple and tasteful with the two colors in a beautiful “duet” for your knitting experience.
This pattern features written instructions for a German Short Row Heel (although your preferred heel can be substituted), and is worked from the top/cuff down.
Yardage:
Color A: 169 yds/ 155 m, 198 yds/ 182 m, 239 yds/ 219 m
Color B: 92 yds/ 85 m, 113 yds/ 104 m, 140 yds / 129 m
Any Superwash Merino/Nylon Sock yarn in fingering weight would work well for this pattern. I used Sewrella’s 2 ply Nylon Sock for the accent color, and Moonglow’s Tonal Sock for the Main Color. This pattern a great way to use up scrap sock yarn!
