Another pattern to give homage to the beautiful desert of New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment, specifically my hometown Albuquerque, also known as Duke City.

The cowl combines two contrasting yarns with a fun and easy linen stitch pattern for interesting texture and color effects, suggested yarn weights are dk or sport.

I suggest one solid and one variegated colorway, high contrast is recommended.
For the sample I used 35 and 40 grams of each one of my yarns.

The size as written in the pattern gives a fairly snug fit, which can be easily changed by adding or subtracting an even amount of stitches. The length is adjustable to your preference.

Thank you to my test knitters and my gorgeous model!

Happy knitting!
